For your convenience, here is the text you can copy and paste into a Word document. TEXT: "The Human Experience" They say, “No pain, no gain.” But what price should one pay to make a dream come true in the distant future? What does it mean to be truly happy, not later but now? The possible paths in life are many. One person enjoys peace. Another loves to argue. Some desire fame and money, but others want only approval. There are those who need adventure after adventure. In short, what you find necessary, I may not. However, the human experience is basically the same. The key is to develop a healthy sense of self-love. Can we search within ourselves and be honest about what we discover? That kind of examination takes courage. But that kind of honesty will help us improve what we can and accept what we can’t. It may very well be that our happiness increases when we learn to respect ourselves more and show greater kindness toward others, who, by the way, are likely going through the same struggle we are. For your convenience, here is the text you can copy and paste into a Word document. TEXT: There are many decisions we make in life. One of the most important choices is our profession. How do we know if we’ve chosen correctly? Do we trust our mind or our heart? Parents and teachers can guide us because they know us and they know the world. Some youthful dreams may be difficult to follow. Can a poet or singer earn enough? That’s what a mother or father would ask. Perhaps there are other ways to entertain and make money. That’s what a teacher might suggest. In the end, the person who decides is you. There will always be critics, but don’t let anyone kill a dream you’re determined to realize. You’ll never know if you can learn a trade until you actually attempt it. Take the time to train and look for opportunities. The world holds many possibilities. You can join a law firm, enter the medical profession, run for political office, shoot films, cook on a ship, become a police officer, travel and teach English, or open a store and sell what you love. Money matters, but follow the dream and not the dollar. Want more interaction in English? Become a sponsor today!
